Using a couple comparison tools, the equivalent for a women might be 600lb + 3:30 club — call it, the 630 club. A more conservative read might suggest 550lb + 3:30.
Marathon Time
For age groups where the BQ time is 3:00 for men, the BQ time for women is 3:30.
Lifting
To estimate a similar target to 1000lb, I looked at strength benchmarks according to a website which has "thousands of submissions". I picked "160lb" for the male baseline, based on the below chart than the a healthy 5'9'' male weights 144-176lb. According to this page, a 160lb man nearly hits 1000lb when he becomes "Advanced" in all lifts
- Squat (336), Bench (255), Deadlift (389)
- Total: 980lb
To estimate a number, I wanted to use an equivalent weighted women, find her benchmarks for "Advanced", and use this to set a target. According to the "Ideal Weight Chart": the healthy = 160lb for a man should be similar to 120lb for a woman.
Using the Strength Benchmark, a 120lb women with advanced lifts would target the following lifts:
- Bench: 139, Squat: 201, Deadlift: 235
- Total: 574lb
Given the 160lb male advanced lifts was 20lb shy of 1000, it would be reasonable to call a similar 600lb a similar female target. Or maybe 590, if you wanted to be precise!
