A few months ago, I posted this on Reddit. It got a lot of responses.

The skeptics

Some said it was crazy:

... and others were more optimistic, though still suggested it was only for light powerlifters.

Then we started seeing posts from people who have done it before. It got me thinking:

  1. What is the optimal training regimen for 1003.
  2. Who are the world's best -- and how good are they?
